Kepner-Tregoe Program Leader Certification

Sometimes, the most effective way to create a KT process skill-base in an organization is for internal resources at your company to run the workshops.  Kepner-Tregoe offers select individuals a license within client organizations to teach specific KT processes to other employees using KT materials. These KT Program Leader (PL) candidates are selected in consultation between Kepner-Tregoe and our clients and must have previously completed one or more of our standard workshops. The next step is to attend one of our Train-the-Trainer programs and finally the PL candidate completes a “first teach,” that is observed by a KT professional. They are awarded the certification as a KT Program Leader upon the successful completion of this teach.

Kepner-Tregoe Process Facilitator & Coach Certification

Facilitation and Coaching are key components of many successful KT implementations. Kepner-Tregoe Facilitators guide individuals or teams through the use of KT process in live business events. KT Coaches learn to interact with KT process users and provide an environment to continuously improve team performance using KT process.

Like Program Leaders, KT Process Facilitators & Coaches are certified in a specific KT process. Facilitators and Coaches are selected in consultation with Kepner-Tregoe and are typically client employees who have attended one or more of our standard workshops, and are already accomplished users of KT process within the organization.  The goal of this certification is to deepen their KT process skills to the super-expert level, and equip them with specific capabilities to facilitate and/or coach KT process use with other employees.
